To keep your bag looking its best as it ages:

• Storage: Always store your bag in the complimentary fabric dust bag we provide. Fill it lightly with tissue paper to help it maintain its original shape.
• Environment: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, intense heat, and heavy rain. If your bag does get wet, gently blot it with a soft cloth and let it air-dry naturally.
• Conditioning: Every few months, apply a high-quality leather cream or conditioner to keep the leather supple, hydrated, and protected.

⚠️ The Hand Sanitizer Warning: Please ensure your hands are completely dry after using alcohol-based hand sanitizers before touching your bag. Alcohol can instantly strip the leather’s finish and cause permanent spots.

Yes! We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. All BARCAAN bags come with a 6-Month warranty from the date of purchase, subject to our defined terms and conditions. This covers manufacturing defects, such as faulty hardware, zippers, or structural stitching. Please note this warranty does not cover standard wear-and-tear, accidental stains, or damage resulting from improper care.

We design our bags for everyday life. If your bag needs a refresh or a minor fix down the road, please contact our customer care team with photos of the area. We will happily provide a custom repair quote from our workshop to help extend the life of your bag.

• Local Orders: Local taxes are calculated and included at checkout, meaning you will face no surprise fees upon delivery.
• International Orders: For international shipments, any local customs duties or import taxes levied by your destination country's customs office are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.

We want you to love your new bag. If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging, with all tags intact, within 7 days of delivery.

Because embossed or custom-engraved pieces are tailored specifically to you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun, unless there is a structural manufacturing defect.

Return shipping costs are to be borne entirely by the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as BARCAAN cannot issue a refund or exchange for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.
